Twired has officially broken it's own record of not posting... in over 2 weeks. I should be ashamed of myself. But truth be told, there hasn't been much Twilighty news & why just post to post, right? I used to do that, but then you risk boring content.

That said, guess who just landed in Paris?! KSTEW! With HBG of course.

I speak from experience when I say that he is really super hot in person. When I attended the LA BD Convention, he stood about 30 ft in front of me for a good 30 minutes. I like to think we caught eyes, but I could have been hallucinating.

Word on the street is that Kristen Stewart just signed on to be the new face of Balenciaga, and will star in their new fragrance campaign. Unfortunately the picture that is floating around is a manip, so I'll just throw in some of my favorites...

The girl is HOT.

Here's what she had to say:

Epic Fan Fail

My brain has been completely swamped with work this past week. 2012 really kicked off with a bang & I feel like I've been running in circles, sort of like the Tasmanian devil, but not as ugly of course.

I know the feeling.

Anyways, I tuned in to twitter tonight out of sheer curiosity. I do that a lot these days....lurk. But this time around I truly felt as though I was missing out on something...and low and behold I was! Pics were surfacing of Rob at the damn People's Choice Awards!!! I felt suddenly depressed, like a fail of a fan. I knew Rob was scheduled to attend, but hadn't dug for many more details since I have been consumed with work stuff. Fortunately I haven't 'actually' missed it, seeing as it airs in 1 hour & 10 minutes here on the lovely West Coast....thank goodness!

Oh and one minor detail....

I always liked Rob in those old pics with his hair super short [you know the ones, don't make me go search for them,] but I'm not 100% sure how I feel about these pics via Robsessed. I think it's just because he looks a bit awkward (don't shoot me, please.) It's probably just these particular shots, I'm sure some fuckhawt ones will surface shortly. Fingers crossed. What are your thoughts?!

Anyways, this morning pictures of the Precious surfaced again. Rob appeared to be leaving his parents London home, guitar & bags all packed, in route to the airport. Now this isn't anything out of the ordinary, and I do feel a tiny bit shitty for posting this obnoxious pap pic.....BUT I had to share!

FINALLY Saw Kellan Lutz In The Flesh.

*Forgive me for typos. It's Friday and my brain is mush*

Earlier in the week @TwiloveSue emailed me to say that Kellan Lutz would be at Fashion Valley this Friday launching his new clothing line, Abbott & Main. I immediately wanted to go, because as you may not know, Kellan is the one and only Twilight actor I have yet to see in person! Though my excitement was halted when I found out that I'd need to shell out $150 on his new clothing line in order to to do a meet & greet/photo op. I just couldn't justify it, especially since I only paid $50 to see Robsten pretty close- up at the BD Convention ;) However, I couldn't help but wonder if I could just "go" and catch a glimpse. Truthfully I toyed with the idea for the past few days...

Today I just said fuck it and went. Plus I felt it was my duty since @TwiloveSue couldn't go :( So, I left the office about 3:15PM and had no idea what to expect. I found parking right away, which is not unusual for me. I'm one of those annoying people that always scores a spot. As I sauntered into Nordstroms, my eyes scanned the 1st floor for freaky fans and found nothing but innocent Christmas shopper. I went up the escalator & discovered the line...but it wasn't too long. They all had their receipts in hand of course. Then I walked over to an area where there was a red carpet and Abbott & Main backdrop for photos ops. It was almost too easy. As 4pm approached, more fans showed up. I even ran into @Twitwin1 & another Twi fan (of course I am blanking on her twitter name.) Geez. Anyhoo, I ended up getting some ok pics with my iPhone.

These were the (3) best ones, the rest were blurry because I was a bit shaky...you know what these Twi-guys do to me ;)

Admittedly, Kellan isn't my top have Twi dude (Rob & Jackson take that honor) , BUT he is adorable... & I couldn't help but picture these images as I ~~wiped the drool off my face~~ gazed longingly at him:

So what did I think of Kellan after FINALLY seeing him for the first time?

I think he's the most genuinely "nice" (hate that word) of the male Twilight cast. He also seems to be the most "outwardly" appreciative of his fans. I say that because I don't believe he is necessarily more appreciative than others...it's just he knows how to show it best. He bear hugged each m&g/photo op I saw, & seemed super psyched to be there. It was refreshing. Granted, he doesn't get the type of attention Rob does....Rob couldn't show up at a Nordstrom's fan event without the damn secret service....but all in all is was super cool to finally see him and I'm glad I went. On a side note, since I'm sure you'd like to know...he is as tall as I'd imagined (not super tall, but the perfect height) and he is as built as you think he'd be. I was always afraid he'd been thinner or shorter...but he was pretty much what you see on TV. In fact, his body is sexy as hell. Just sayin'.

I would have stuck around because rumor had it that he ends up taking pics and meeting everyone at these things, even if you haven't spent the $150 smackaroos. BUT I needed to get back to the office. Though those plans were sent off kilter when DG texted me that he left work sick. He is NEVER sick. He's had nothing more than a minor cold in the 5 years we have lived together...but he says he's nauseous and his entire body hurts super bad. Poor dude is actually in bed. I have never witnessed him sick in bed. Hoping I don't get it. I haven't had the flu side 2000. Cross your fingers and toes.

Saturday - December 3rd, 2011...

...was our 2 year bloggiversary!!!

I know, I can hardly believe it myself....

I'm tempted to say that time flies, but really it seems like ages since I posted my first Twi-thoughts. I was inspired to share those thoughts with others thanks to blogs like Twitarded, Ramblings [or was it Confessions?] of a LatchkeyWife, TCA, Twibite & 17 forever....and I continued to share because of them, and of course, because of you.

The last 2+ years have been an incredible ride (she said that)...I look back and feel so fortunate to have been able to share my passion for this fandom with so many ~~H00RS~~ phenomenal, strong, witty, intelligent, loving & absolutely hilarious women. Many of us have opened up & let each other into our personal lives on a daily basis, whether it be via twitter, email, chat, text, phone...you guys have definitely been there for me when I have needed anything from words of encouragement, to a PMSL session. I might be biased, but I think we have the best fandom in existence.

Our mascot isn't half bad either...

Do you realize we have Twitarded friends almost EVERYWHERE? America, Europe, New Zealand, Australia.... etc....Seriously, I bet I could travel to almost anywhere in the world & be in somewhat close proximity to another Twitard. How fabulous is that?

I have met quite a few of you in RL...of course we have JJ, STY & LKW to thank for that. They turned a crazy fleeting thought into reality. FORKS 2010 was the trip of a life time. However, there are still many of you I'd love to meet. Obviously, my name isn't really ChloeCougar. I mean, that would be just awesome, right? Or awkward. Yes, I'm thinking 'awkward' is the more appropriate adjective in this case... But, you know what? I don't really care. I thought my moniker up in a hurry and never really contemplated just how far-reaching it would be. And believe me, it is. My Twitter, Blog and Gmail accounts are all tied up in it. I regularly sign emails off with 'CC xx' (thank God I haven't yet done so at work!). Some people I've met in real life have a hard time addressing me as anything other than 'Chloe' or 'CC'. Go figure.I live in a beautiful little village in Surrey, UK, just 25 miles from the centre of London. I moved here from West London eight years ago, and don't miss the city one bit. That's probably because I'm somewhat long in the tooth. I have two dahling teenage sons (said with gritted teeth) and a wonderfully understanding (see oblivious) husband, all of whom deal with my obsession incredibly well. Because they don't know the half of it.The women I've met through this awesome fandom have been my saviours. And I say this with complete conviction. I was seriously at risk of disappearing into middle-aged fug when I stumbled upon Twilight-related blogs. To say they were a lifesaver would be the grossest of understatements. I am forever grateful to have found a group of like-minded women, even though my regular contact with them is limited to the Interwebz. I honestly don't know how I survived without some of them BT (before Twilight, in case you're wondering).This year I've been fortunate enough to meet a whole raft of these women, and I'm beyond happy that I stepped out of my comfort zone and attended #Forks2011, as it meant that I could finally put faces (and bodies!) to so many of the names in my Twitter timeline and from the Twitarded blog. Obviously, there were some notable omissions - you being one of them (I mean, what was that all about? Organising your wedding to coincide with the most amazing get-together in Forks?), and TwiKiwi50 being the other (she totally miscalculated her leave IMHO...). But I live in the hope that we might rectify that some day. I'm up for it - are you? I've also been fortunate enough to meet a handful of UK Twi-peeps this year - when I attended the Graham Norton Show in May for the Water for Elephants promo and, more recently, for a Twiathon and the midnight release of Breaking Dawn: Part 1. Next year is going to be even bigger! :-) I am, and will always remain, forever thankful for this amazing fandom and what it has done for me. I have met many bloggy and Twitter friends in RL. A majority of them I met when I went to New York for the WFE premiere. The first two bloggy people I met in RL besides my bloggy bff UtterlyAbsurd Bella, were MamaCougar and 17foreverLisa. The list just gets longer from there... Robzsinger, BellaTesoro, HisBella Marie, DoubleDippin, DangrDafne, LwE, STY, LKW, JJ, MikiMartini, RPattzgirl, Steph, Tink, even brought Lauren and Jen from meeting on the street at 4 am waiting for wristbands for WFE into blogging and many many other people that I'm sure I've forgotten to mention. Even with this list I would still love to meet more bloggers and Twitter friends!

This fandom means a lot to me. I don't know where I'd be without the support of all these wonderful girls. I know I wouldn't have met half of them without the encouragement from Marie, Fran and Lisa. I've loved to not only do Twilighty things with them but had many more fun times that have included baseball games, Rob movies, 100 Monkeys concerts, and *cough*toy*cough* parties. I love sharing my Twilight and non-Twilight life experiences with the best group of women that I am happy to call my friends!

"Hi I’m Chylynn. In the Twitterworld, I started off as @monkeygirl1969 and after my real-life friends started calling me Twi-lin I switched to @twi_lin on twitter.

I live in a small town in Western Washington about 45 miles south of Seattle and 3.5 hours away from Forks. I love living here! I know we get a bad rep about our rain but it really isn’t that bad….shhhhh…we don’t really want that secret out. The weather is mild, not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer. I personally think I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I have saltwater and mountains in my backyard!

I’m so excited to be a part of this Twilight Fandom! The last 2.5 years has been such an amazing experience. I can’t believe how a book saga and movies have brought so many people together.

I have personally grown a lot! Getting out of my comfort zone and meeting two people. I’m thankful that the gals at Twitarded decided to do their Pilgrimage to Forks in 2010. I was a bit involved in the Twilight Fanfiction fandom prior to going to Forks but it wasn’t until right before going to Forks 2010 and starting to tweet with some of the gals that I felt a part of something bigger. It amazes me at times that such great friendships can start through Twitter. I feel very blessed to have friendships with my Twi-Sisters.

I really don’t pay too much attention to the drama in the Twifandom. I may want some juicy gossip but the mean drama is not for me. I know in the fanfiction fandom there can be some mean stuff that goes on and I really don’t understand it. If you don’t like what someone has written don’t read it. People don’t have to be mean and spread hate. Ok…enough about that.

Since going to Forks I have met so many people! Too many to name but I have on occasion had a chance to visit with some of my Twitard-Sisters on a smaller scale:

Last December my friend Lesa aka @tipsy_daisy, went down to Charla aka @alltwiedup’s house for the Eclipse DVD release. Jaime aka @jaymes805, Amanda aka @amandamelby, and Rena aka @renabug1 went too! We had a serious fun girls weekend with some of @alltwiedup’s sister and friends and her dear hubby, Tom aka @theppmonster. I love those gals like crazy! August was a great month for meeting up with more Twitard Sisters! My dear sweet friend Amy aka @twikiwi50 had her own epic adventure of coming to States from New Zealand. I got to be a part of her trip! First we went to dinner in Seattle with Amy, Deb, Lesa, and Sharon next door to the famous ESCALA (Fifty lives there). Melinda joined up with us the next day and Amy won a meet and greet with 100 Monkeys and we got to go too! I met Amy again for dinner before she left with Lesa, my hubby, Erin aka @musingbella and Amy aka @StarlitViolets. September was Forks again! I can’t believe I never wrote a blog post about this trip but once again it was so much fun being together with the Twitards! I love this group of women! I thought my epic adventures would be over for the year but a last minute decision I decided to go to LA in November to attend the Twilight Convention so I could see Rob and Kristen in person. I got to spend some great quality time with my roommates – YOU and Michelle aka @allthingsHHH! I am so grateful of the time we got to spend together! What I came in search of in the fandom was more discussion about 'Twilight' (and Rob), I kind of poked around just wanting to see what other people were saying. What I found I can't even begin to describe. I found other people who loved the love story the way I did yet were able to laugh about their newfound 'crush' to the same extent I did. And from there everything snowballed! The best part of this fandom is how multifaceted it is. The fandom has given me exposure to so much beyond just Twilight, and I'm a fan of all of it--Rob, the books, the movies, Rob, all of the actors involved in Twilight, the Brit Pack's music, 100 Monkeys, Rob, fanfiction (holy shit I love fanfiction!), Jackson, the graphic novels, picspam, Rob, Twilight and Rob-inspired videos, blogs, and especially everyone I have come to know in the fandom, my friends. :)

And because it was Jen that inspired me to first see 100 Monkeys I thought this was a fitting picture to include!

leave anyone out I will not list who I have met. To get an idea of who
I could have met I did go to Forks both times, then this year I also
went to Comic Con, to the TwiTour in Baltimore and in LA and to the LA
premiere. I also went to California to meet TwiKiwi50 from New Zealand
when she visited the US!! Basically out of the 6 times I travelled
across the country this year, 5 were for Twilight activites!!

Actually I do have one special shout out to my little sister and
travel buddy, Living with Edward. You are an incredible friend and I
am so happy that our area codes for our phone numbers changed all
those years ago so I could meet you ;) I love you

I am not sure I can put into words what this fandom means to me. In
fact if I try and am pretty sure I will cry. *sniff* I would say that
I am who I am supposed to be because of this fandom and all the
amazing people I have met here. I have friendships that I could never

How I joined the Twitards: LMAO at something JJ said about a penis on a phone (classic post http://twitarded.blogspot.com/2010/01/rpatts-is-that-you.html) I had tears in my eyes from laughing and was hooked onto their blog.

Dangrdafne was the first one to connect with me via the comments by sharing her Tuscany photos with me. After starting my little blog Twilight, Travel, and Treats, 17foreverlisa was the first person to welcome me. Eventually I became good twitter friends with Jen :) and Mrs. P. I also found my kindred spirit Suzie aka Honolulu Girl who became my roommate in Forks.

It was lovely to connect up in real life with Lorabell from Confessions of a TwiCrack Addict while she was living in Vancouver and to meet up with Deb, Mandy, and Twi-Lin for the 100 Monkeys concert. In fact, Deb and I both had brunch with Peter Facinelli while at TwiTour Vancouver. Yummy (him, not the brunch!) Finally, in TwiTour LA recently I got to give quick hugs to a bunch of the girls above plus sit with Dangrdafne gawking at the crazies paying $2000 for an autographed Robsten picture (so jealous of course).

By the way, a few months into blogging I started up a little thing to help put all my iPhone/mobile techie info. The little thing has grown. I realize now with my Twi-Mobile badge on over 75 sites including Twilight Lexicon that I've been busy but having fun connecting with everyone.

I'm so incredibly lucky to have met all these lovely women in the past two years. Here goes nothing… I’m Chef Jayla from the mid-Atlantic region and I found this fandom what seems like a lifetime ago now – but it’s become a fabulous guilty pleasure wrapped around a marvelous group online friends now real life friends. If there is a 12 step program, I don’t want any part of it; it’s bad enough I’ll be going through withdrawal after Nov 2013. After all, where else can I go and have someone understand my obsession and my addiction to fan fiction -particularly slash? (Side note: Never in a million years did I think I would ever enjoy reading slash… now I can’t get enough of it thanks to brilliant authors like Conversed Cullen, Oh Jasper My Jasper, and Owenic just to name a few.)

Anywho, over a year ago I started volunteering at Creation Twilight conventions and met hordes of dedicated fans from every walk of life. Thankfully I have had the extreme pleasure of meeting the pillars of this community and they have only reinforced how much I adore our fandom. Nothing could make me happier than spending a weekend with like-minded friends all over this country (heck, world!). I have recently wondered if Kristen knows what a "Krisbian" is...and by golly, she does! ;)

Cute huh?! When I was reading the comments on this video, I noticed one person 'thinks' KStew referred to her "brother" as code for Rob, but if you have ever read much about her older brother, or even seen pictures of him, it's pretty likely that she really is referring to him. I imagine he's a bit more sensitive to the gay jokes, even if us fans don't intend it to be rude or offensive...I could be wrong though...

Krisbian just refers to a female who has a straight girl crush on Kristen...or a "if I was a lesbian, I'd totally be into her" type feeling. I can just see Cam rolling his eyes....protective, yet FABULOUS brother of hers.

Quite honestly I feel pervy referring to myself as a Krisbian...but I just can't help it. She's HOT.

Notice how there are no pictures of them from the New Moon Premiere?...I have realized in the past that if you google pics from that particular premiere, you'll find only 1 or 2 where they are steps apart on the red carpet. The only ones of them together are from the after party, via prying eyes. I truly believe that's the time Scummit did not want them dating, nor did they want anyone else to THINK they were...whether it be for fear that it would end badly before the last film was shot, or for fear there would be backlash from the fans...who knows. Anyhoo, it totally supports my whole straight to the point Robsten theory...based on premiere pictures. Curious about that? Go HERE.

Reality Called....

Today didn't start out as a bad day, so I'm really hoping it doesn't end bad...but the middle has sucked ass. I get into work this morning & my boss is sick as hell & ends up checking her email & leaving....that would have been fine if I hadn't had to take over her client meeting. I already had one scheduled myself for 1:30 & hers was at 12:45pm...cutting it close. As I'm walking down the street fumbling with a stack of our sales kits, I proceed to slice my right middle finger wide open on the edge of one of them. I stood there, like an idiot....

...kinda like this...

I half expected an angry mop-headed blonde vamp to appear out of thin air, poised for attack...but of course that didn't happen. Instead I dropped my ~~present~~ sales kits to the pavement, along with some blood & held on to my finger for dear life. I'm pretty squeamish, not when it come to blood, but cuts....they totally gross me out. Major eebie jeebies.

When I finally got back to the office, I had 10 emails, 2 to of which I could respond to. Why is that you ask? Well, we just switched over from our PC's to Macbook Pro's. Sure, they're fancy and super fabulous, but transferring business files from a PC to a Mac is no smooth transition. It's like English to Japanese. Apples to oranges. SO EFFING ANNOYING. I needed to look up stuff that we haven't yet uploaded to our drop box & I couldn't open certain attachments...I seriously thought I was going to go postal. I know a tiny bit of it has to do with the fact that I had such a long wonderfully relaxing 4 day holiday weekend...

It's super hard to get back into the swing of things.

FML.

UPDATE: The whole point in me posting today was to upload this pic, which was highly indicative of how I felt..... go figure, I forgot and left it out. It now feels oddly appropriate considing our power was out when I got home...perfect ending to a shitty day.

The Waiting Game

I wrote a rather haphazard Breaking Dawn Part 1 review last night & noticed a long comment from @ATXgal76. She's a busy girl, but pops in to comment now and again. I can honestly say, she doesn't comment unless she has something poignant to say. Love her!

Anyways, why the hell am I talking about a comment? Because it made me sad. She didn't mean to make me sad, but she spoke the truth. Here was the very last paragraph of her comment:

"I too cannot wait till part 2 and HATE that I know it's already filmed and basically being edited. Not to be Debbie Downer, but I don't think the next year will fly by because we won't get any news from filming or fans from the set - everything is basically on the editing table. There will be no more twi-activity (except for the actors new movies) till next fall. Boo hiss. Thank goodness for lovely blogs such as yours and long twitter feeds ;)"

Breaking Dawn in Twired's Eyes *SPOILERS

Sarah & I went to see BD part 1 at a relatively small theater on Friday evening at 7:30PM. It appeared pretty quiet and so we went to grab a drink(s) beforehand...thinking we'd be just fine. Once we got back there was a split moment of panic when we saw a line of about 50 people. Luckily we were warm and toasty from our drinks so waiting outside was no biggie. Before we knew it, they were letting us into the theater. It ended up being about 80% full, which was perfect. Once we were seated, I really couldn't believe we were moments away from seeing the first half of the last Twilight movie. Part of me feared that it wouldn't be as amazing as I'd hoped. Sure, it was my second to least favorite book (New Moon being my least) but I didn't hate it like some of you, which means I probably had higher expectations...Though admittedly I did skip the entire Jacob pov the first time around. Didn't we all?

Anyways, I might as well cut to the chase...Nothing prepared me for how much I loved Breaking Dawn. Yup, I absofuckinglutely LOVED it. LOVED IT! ES did too. To steal LKW's line, I had a perma grin on my face for the entire first half of the movie. I was in seventh heaven...everything was just like I envisioned it while reading. The lead up to the wedding, the wedding, the honeymoon, the pregnancy, the change, the ~~fetus~~ baby...Wow, just wow. Sure there were a couple parts that were giggle worth in a make-fun sorta way, but nowhere near the amount that were in the 3 prior movies.

I think I'm going to cop out and do my review "list style." There is so much floating around in my head that I want to say, that I feel like I just need to list it out, much like Twikiwi did on her blog.

Here it goes...

(keep in mind that my brain is frazzled & my evaluation is all over the freakin' place)

1. I loved the flash back to Edward being a "killer." It was totally unexpected & seeing him with a bit of blood on his lips was oddly appealing.

2. ~~Kristen~~ Bella as a bride looked really beautiful, but not as "stunning" as I envisioned in the book. I hope I don't get beat down for that. See my thoughts on vampy Bella before you throw apples at me. The dress was prettier than what I envisioned in the book. I thought it would be even more conservative & I was relieved that it wasn't The back was sexy & unexpected.

3. The Wedding Ceremony: Fabulous. I loved how nervous she looked and I cried like a baby when she finally laid eyes on Edward. I think this part of the movie was cathartic for me. As most of you know I started reading Twilight at a point in my life where I was very frustrated with my relationship, I wanted it to move forward at a much faster pace...and here I am married to that person...& in turn, watching Bella marry Edward. May sound weird, but it's very emotional for me.

4. The Reception: The toasts at the wedding were hysterical. Emmet cracked me up, Jessica was fabulous, Charlie was in true form, Renee was sooo embarrassing, & Esme was perfect as always, as was Edward. Alice & Jasper dancing was totally cute and so something they'd do. I love that he flipped her just like it was no big deal.

5. The Honeymoon: AMAZING and just how I envisioned it. I loved how they showed Bella brushing her teeth, shaving and slightly freaking out..it was the first time we've witnessed Bella act like a human...As for the sex, YES the fade to black was startling at first, but I liked how Bill incorporated the morning flash back to the night before. I was pleasantly surprised and felt it fit perfect...not to mention I loved the song. I thought the latter half of the honeymoon was right on par too, from the chicken eating scene to Alice calling Edwards cell...

6. Pregnant Bella: Brilliant, bravo Bill Condon. Bella looked like she was wasting away, on deaths door...so well done. The sounds of her bones breaking was so realistic too. And when she was pretty much dead, FABULOUS...though I did think Edward took his time and that annoyed me. Plus I don't know at what point he realized the venom had worked...it wasn't clear to me....I thought the scenes that showed the venom pumping through her veins, bone marrow etc was a great touch...as well as her internal screaming. I remember in the book how they described her to be still on the outside but writhing in the pain on the inside.I wish they would have showed a bit more of that, but I understand they only have time for so much...

7. The Wolves: I thought they were scarier this time around..like really scary. I giggled internally when they all talked to each other in wolf form, but I didn't think it was that bad...

9. WIGS: Carlisle was atrocious...and note how I'm not specifying JUST his wig. His wig, or whatever the eff you want to call it, was HORRIBLE! And his voice...he sounded like a damn martian! WTF?! PS I thought Rosalie looked beautiful throughout, and I thought Jackson, I mean Jasper looked pretty hot in some scenes. As far as Alice, I thought her wig was much truer to the books, than in previous movies. She's SUPPOSED to look pixi-like.

8. Renesmee: Totally not creepy, much better than I'd thought. She was born looking more like a 4 mos old (which is true to the book) & later has these super intuitive brown eyes...PERFECT.

9. The End: Vamp Bella (for the split second we saw her) is gorgeous, just how I pictured her. And the way the movie ended, just how I was hoping. I have mentioned a few times that I figured they'd cut it right before she woke up, or right as she woke up. I CANNOT WAIT TILL PART 2. Do we really have a year? This past year flew by, so my only hope is that 2012 will too.

As I said before & I'll probably say a bunch more, I just loved this movie. It's my favorite so far. We saw it for the second time this morning & I cannot wait to see it for a 3rd. I feel like there is so much more to say, I really kept this surface level and am almost ashamed...I guess I just still feel overwhelmed & I'm processing it all...

Oh and by the way, I LOVE this song. LOVE it like I love Robsten.

Wow, just wow. I am so happy for all the girls that braved Tent City 1, 2 & 3 this week...and even more thrilled that you accomplished your goals. I absolutely can't wait for each & everyone of your accounts of the night. I watched the livestream & was glued to the couch for 2+ hours, no joke. If I had a kid, they'd have been bound & gagged in the closet.

Breaking Dawn Set Stuff, Friends & YOU SUCK

So my last post was all about the Cullen Family panel as well as that little known group affectionately referred to as the Twifecta. If you haven't seen the pics, check them out!

I have mixed feelings about the Twilight Conventions...they're cool (like purple), but I wouldn't personally spend $300+ to attend all three days...Ok I take that back, if I could easily afford it, I would do it solely for the purpose of spending time with amazing people. For me, there are only two real draws now, getting to see the actors & the panels they do, and the opportunity to spend time with great friends & make new ones...Friends were awesome this time, but the RobStenTay panel wasn't all that great. SURE, you can say I'm jaded, but I promise I'm not. I know for a fact that I'm not the only one that feels as if the panels should be moderated by a professional. The Comic Con panel for instance (even via video) was much more fascinating than the convention one. They do allow the audience to submit questions, but I'm not sure if Scummit puts the kibosh on most, or if the Hillywood crew just does a craptastic job of picking them out. The other thing that put a bad taste in my mouth were the audience members screaming out obnoxious comments such as "Marry me Rob" or "Take Your Shirt Off Taylor." Really?! It's obviously an attention grabber & I shouldn't let it bug the shit out of me, because I can pretty much bet my life savings on the fact that neither of those things are going to happen....but it does....bug me.

Oh, & don't even get me started on those that started screaming "My boyfriend's English" to Kristen. It's completely NOT OK to start mocking one of the actors & quoting something they supposidly said. I think it truly makes you a shitty twifan. So for those of you that yelled that...

We are their in support of these actors. I'm the first to admit that my heart races, my hands sweat & as @TwiloveSue so eloquently said "I forget to breath,"...but making fun of them or digging at their personal life during a live panel, is completely unacceptable.

LA Breaking Dawn Convention PHOTOS!

Hey there-

I decided to just go ahead and post photos right away & save the juicy details, opinions, orgasm sounds etc for a later post when I'm not so pooped. My neighbor was awesome enough to let me borrow her 2 week old fancy new camera. HOT KStew & BD Convention Part 1

Pretty great post title, right? heh.

Hey there! Did any of you watch KStew on Leno last night? I stayed up, even though I was completely zonked. She looked absolutely stunning...I thought. I'm not a fan of that color blue, in general, but I thought it looked fabulous on her.

So pretty! She was super bubbly and awkward, as only KStew can be...and for you haters, I mean that endearingly.

In other news, tomorrow I'm headed to @Twitour LA for the Official Breaking Dawn Part 1 convention. I went to the Eclipse one last year and it was super fun. I just have the Saturday preferred ticket, but am staying overnight so I don't have to drive home :)

Quite a few of my bloggy friends, who have subsequently turned into RL friends, will be there. I get to see @17foreverlisa (for the third time!) , @TwiloveSue & (My San Diego buddy), @ZAnyMouse, @Twifixx, @Dangrdafne (haven't seen her since Forks 2010!), @cupcakegirl76 (also haven't seen her since 2010!), @LuvsMeSumEdward (Who I'm fortunate to see every so often), @mandysmind (again, haven't seen her since Forks 2010!) & @Twi_lin (not since Forks 2010)

I'm also going to get to meet a few folks I have never met, which will be awesome. Last convention, I didn't have twitter on my phone, but this time I do. If you're there and want to say hi, please tweet me, or look out for me! I'm short, like 5'2"...

This morning I watched the livestream of ~~Robsten's~~ Rob, Kristen & Taylor's hand/footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

Needless to say I have had a very unproductive first half of my work day. Oh well, these things don't happen every day. These next couple of weeks are going to be trouble for me. Sure, I'm going to the convention, but I know I'll be glued to twitter/other blogs up until BD1 comes out. I feel that there's more excitement in the air about BD1, vs Eclipse...is it just me?

Yah yah, I'm lame. I had a busy ass day at work today, then came home, turned myself into a zombie & went to my parents to 'experience' the trick or treaters as well as grub down some chili & corn bread.

At first I thought it looked HOT...from a distance, but when I enlarged the pics, I saw it was sort of cable knit....and looked more like a woman's sweater. A Thousand Years

I know I'm totally late to the party on this, but I finally took some quiet time to listen to Christina's Perri's "A Thousand Years." It's going to be on the BD part 1 soundtrack & I figured I better bring myself up to speed.

If you haven't listened to it either, here it is.

What do you think? It gives me chills. Especially the beginning. I can just see it being played as Alice is getting Bella ready in the bathroom, and then as she's about to walk down the isle. I cannot believe that BD is just a few weeks away. I haven't had much time to really think about it as I have in the past with New Moon & Eclipse, but I'm definitely anticipating it...probably more than Eclipse...which is odd since Eclipse was my favorite book.

What are your plans for BD part 1? Going to the midnight showing? Waiting till the next day (Friday)?

It's Not A "Rumour," Stevie Loves Twilight.

I am a HUGE Fleetwood Mac & Stevie Nicks fan. I realize many of you may not know this. I remember hearing Fleetwood Mac emanating from my parents stereo at a young age, and later on around the age of 18 or 19 re-discovered that their sound reminded me of a very happy place...my childhood.

"Rumours" came out in 77', I was negative 2 & a 1/2 ;)

In 2003 I was lucky enough to experience their "Say You Will" reunion tour up in Anaheim. It was the most amazing concert of my life. The USC band came marching in during "Don't Stop" which was pretty kick ass & I also fell in love with Lindsey Buckingham. Weird I know, but their is just something about him.

Anyways, what does Fleetwood Mac or Stevie Nicks have to do with Twilight? I'll tell you my friend...Stevie appears to be a Twilight fan.

The Wedding You've All Been Waiting For!

The long awaited, much anticipated wedding has passed. Time sure flies when you're planning a wedding, that's for sure.

I'd like to warn you that this post isn't one of those fancy posts where I get all philosophical & describe the wedding as if it was a fairy tale. Truth be told, it did kick ass....but it also kicked my ass. We celebrated from Wednesday night 9/28 through Tuesday night 10/4, no joke. I'm as worn out as honeymoon Bella, sans the human/vampire hybrid growing in her womb.

That said, I'd like to share some pictures with you. But before I do that, I'm ridiculously proud to announce that I did not, I repeat I DID NOT SUFFER BOUTS OF DIARRHEA on wedding day! Shock of all shocks my bowels functioned somewhat normally! I owe the poo gods big time for that one.

Without further adieu....some pictures.... unprofessional ones of course.

Checked into the hotel where I used to work the day before the wedding.

ES couldn't have been a better MOH/Sista'. We had cocktails in the bar, she made me drink water, we got ready for the rehearsal dinner...she drove!

PS Sun was in our eyes...crappy pic.

Once we got back to the hotel room after the dinner, we had wine in the Jacuzzi & chatted about all sorts of things. We cheated our (2) glass limit & continued in the room...that's not coffee in my cup. We watched Grey's Anatomy & we were asleep by 10:30. I actually slept! 5 hours to be exact. Once 3:30am rolled around, I couldn't fall back asleep. Still, I was so paranoid about NOT sleeping, that I was satisfied with some sleep.

We spent the early morning watching the news and drank our coffee in bed, then went to get our nails done. All the while ES made sure I was eating here and there. Again, totally impressed with myself for eating. I was even able to slug back a ~~bottle~~ glass of Dom Perignon in the afternoon while we got ready. PS it's ok. Definitely not worth $300. And no, we didn't buy it.

I was lucky enough to have Brian Bond do our wedding make up.

Brian is a celebrity make up artist from LA, however he grew up in San Diego. He's ridiculously talented and so fun to watch.

The cake was perfect, just what I envisioned. The florist decorated it with the orchids and little mum thingys...love how they added the chartreuse color I wanted.

Tables....love them! The orchids were the most perfect dark purple.

Bouquets - The florist got the EXACT calla lilies I wanted.

PS I'm almost ashamed to say this for fear of public hanging...but I did not incorporate or hide Twi into my wedding at all! Truly, I just forgot. My mind was going a mile a minute all week leading up to the big day. This doesn't mean it wasn't brought up in some way or another. The Pastor did NOT know about Twilight, but he made reference to my love of concerts in LA....only a select few of us knew what that really meant...100 MONKEYS BABY!

I still wish I would have remembered Mini E....I thought about him halfway through the reception & was so pissed I'd forgotten. Oh well.

I thought of all of you in Forks quite a bit though! Hope you had a blast! Now I'm off on a vacation of my own....tomorrow: Paradise Island, Bahamas baby!

We're staying at an all inclusive resort near Atlantis.

Does anyone see Edward swimming with the dolphins? Hmm....

Anyhoo, sorry for the random posts lately. My mind has been elsewhere. Work has been absolutely nuts...in a good way, but coordinating this wedding has pushed me over the edge. I was so slammed at the office today and had so much wedding stuff to do. Don't get me wrong, my Mom & ES have offered to go get stuff etc etc...but I'm such a control freak. We worked on the place-cards, favor bags & wine bottle table #'s tonight...On my way home I had a good cry....partially because I was super tired from watching TB re-runs until 1am last night (damn you Eric!) and partially because this is all very emotional for me. Being with someone for 7 years and dreaming about this with them for so long...let's just say it packs a punch. A good one.

For all of you LOVELY ladies going to Forks, I'm so freakin' excited for you! It truly was the time of my life and I'm so bummed that I had to plan my freaking wedding on the same weekend. Boooo! If I don't talk to some of you before, PLEASE just sit back and enjoy the ride. Everyone is accepting, you have nothing to prove. Be yourself & let love in.

Hi, hope everyone had a great weekend. Is it really over?! Sigh....

I have been lagging on the blog posts lately because frankly, I have zero energy. And because I had to recover from that intoxicating BD trailer, which I may or may not be planning to watch yet again before bed.

Some pictures of Kristen surfaced today! And I'm thrilled that they're not the same old pap pics of her running to her car or ducking through an airport somewhere. She attended a fashion show for Mulberry in London...and sat right next to Kate Moss. Pretty cool.

I cropped this first picture of her because I think she looks absolutely stunning. Her hands make me laugh though...it's SO KSTEW! It's like she's making a conscious effort to keep them clasped together in hopes it will prevent her biting her nails. Love her & all her "Kristenisms." And yes, I just coined a new word. You saw it here first at Twired.

You might wonder why I picked some of these pictures (found here). I felt they were less posed & as corny as it sounds...they felt more real. Especially this next one. It's somewhat raw & I love that about it.

What do you think of the "Snow White Hair'? Her dress? I love both. I do prefer her last hair color of chocolate brown with hints of red...but I know she's doing this for the movie...and it's suits her.

BD Trailer, How Many Times Have You Watched It?!

Wow. So today, I posted a very disorganized post. It started with me talking about how the trailer WAS coming out, and then it came out before I expected & simply put, I lost my mind.

I think it's by far the best YET (at least that I have seen.) Granted I didn't see the Twilight trailer. Ok I'm lying. I did see it, but when I wasn't interested in Twilight. I think because I wasn't a fan at that time, the New Moon trailer was that much more amazing. I remember watching it over and over with major goosebumps. It had only been a couple of months since I finished the book that it came out. To be honest, the Eclipse trailer was a bit anticlimactic for me....it was my favorite book, but I didn't feel the same high I felt when seeing New Moon's.
That said....the BD trailer really surprised me. It appears that Bill Condon deserves a ~~thousand blow jobs from Jack Morissey~~ high five! The movie appears to be extremely close to the book. I'm too tired to go in to details, so please, see for yourself!

And for the stills...WOW, just WOW.

I find it fascinating that I am getting married in just over 2 weeks....and we're all anticipating the wedding of a lifetime. Seeing Bella walk down the isle and Charlie cry definitely pushed me over the edge today.

I am a hundred times more excited about November 18th now.

And, for those of you curious, Robsten was spotted in London today with a fairly pretty blonde. NO! It wasn't me silly, it's his UK PR Agent/Manager...whatever (I forget.) I know my gut reaction was "Who's the blonde?!"....until I saw her face and recognized her from previous photos.

KStew was there too, but no pics of them together, as of YET. Oh and in case you don't believe me about Rob's blonde...here's another pic of her with ROBSTEN earlier in the year.

I feel like we're not getting enough Rob(sten) lately, but it's better than it was, so maybe I should quit complaining.

Bella's engagement ring is on her RIGHT ring finger. WTF? Ok, before you all start calling me an idiot, I know most women put their engagement ring on their right ring finger prior to their wedding ceremony. Ideally because it leaves your left ring finger free & clear for the new wedding band. I also get that maybe Bella just kept it on her right hand after the ceremony....BUT that doesn't look like a black tux she's resting it against, nor does it appear to be the light blue collared shirt we see in the stills of their journey to Isle Esme..... I was stumped, until I found this picture.

This dark grey shirt looks like it could be THE SHIRT. But do you notice anything? YES, Bella's ring is on the correct hand this time. Now I'm bugged. Am I missing something? Did they say "Hey Kristen, switch hands and put it up near his collar. The teeny boppers won't notice it's the wrong hand." Is Summitt just stupid? Please, comment!

So I got home from work this afternoon and noticed a very important email from @TwiloveSue proclaiming all of this lovely info, along with a handy lil' link. I clicked on that link and it took me to the announcement, which then took me to the Hyatt Century Plaza booking page.

I don't know WTF came over me, but I booked a room for Saturday night. It was as if I was posessed...posessed with the undying need to see Rob(sten) again. Tickets for the actual convention aren't on sale yet, but I figured I might as well reserve my room. Last year I drove up with ES & we had to drive back the same night. Sure it's only a 2.5 hour drive, but after the adrenaline rush from an event like that, driving home is such a buzz kill.

So....I might wait until the single day tickets come on sale, because lord only knows I can't afford the $250+ (2) or (3) day passes...but we'll see. I might get posessed again. Btw, my room was $189, which is reasonable (not for me) for a hotel of that caliber. It's a pretty sweet spot. AND, I don't believe they charge your card until 48 prior....they just hold it as a guarantee for the room.

Keep in mind, they haven't announced the attendees YET. However I don't foresee a BD part 1 convention that features just Nikki Reed & Kiowa Gordon. No offense to them intended!
